If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
• Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Sale items, custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Shoes and clothing must be unworn and free from any damage.

Return Shipping:

• The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We kindly request you to reach out to our team to process a return first and then purchase the desired good as usual.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
