VT Cosmetics - CICA Mild Toner Pad - toning facial pads with exfoliating properties. They help reduce blackheads, dead skin cells, and excess sebum. They are based on salicylic acid , known for its anti-inflammatory and antiseborrheic properties. The formula is enriched with centella asiatica extract , which has a strongly soothing and regenerating effect, preventing possible irritation. Witch hazel extract tightens enlarged pores and reduces the appearance of imperfections. To enhance the soothing and moisturizing effect, the product also contains allantoin and beta-glucan . The pads are recommended for oily skin with enlarged pores and prone to blackheads.
