Haruharu Wonder - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - a fragrance-free facial toner with a moisturizing effect. Betaine, together with beta-glucan, are responsible for soothing irritations, moisturizing and supporting the functioning of the skin's hydrolipid barrier. The key rice extract is designed to soothe inflammation, has antioxidant and anti-aging effects. Ginseng root extract in a duet with Baikal skullcap root extract have antibacterial, soothing and firming effects.
The product contains:
