Moisturizing toner with a milky formula
The product contains:
- rice extract - nourishes and smoothes the skin, brightens, slows down the aging process, improves the level of hydration ,
- chamomile extract - soothes irritations and redness, supports regeneration,
- ceramides - strengthen the hydrolipid barrier, have a regenerative effect ,
- 4% niacinamide - strengthens the hydrolipid barrier, has anti-inflammatory and brightening effects ,
- hyaluronic acid - improves the level of hydration, elasticizes, adds softness.
